Here are some photos to share from both the Friday night Social and Josh’s Workshop on Saturday 29 September.
Friday night saw the floor packed with dancers in a mix of different club shirts with some surprising moves (i.e. the fan flick). One wrong move and you could end up touching noses with the person behind you! A fantastic job by Narelle Duncan on the stage, backed up by the Mid North Coast Bootscooters.
The evening started with “Baby I’m Burning” to commemorate the legendary Dolly Parton. Split floors were the go, and the hardest bit was working out which side of the room was meant for you!
Saturday brought back the line dancers in a range of animal print designs. Josh was up to teaching his fourth amazing dance by 2:30pm. One dance learnt was choreographed by Narelle and Trent Duncan. It was great to see Josh and Narelle dance it together on stage with the floor full of people who had just mastered it.
Great to see so many of our dancers from the beginner class enjoying their first social and workshop!
